Keep on Running!

A new ‘Ladies Only’ social jogging group is up and running through Sutton Park every Thursday morning.

The group is designed for women who may never have run before or lack confidence and would like some support and encouragement. It is led by a qualified instructor and it’s totally free to join in.

The group meet at Sutton Park (at the playground to the rear of Co-op) every Thursday morning at 10am to 10.45 am.

It really is for any lady 16+ regardless of age, fitness level etc.

Sutton Summer

Sutton Smile has been awarded £10,000 by Awards For All (National Lottery), in order to put on a range of activities across Sutton this summer.

The activities will include Street Dance, Brazilian Football Skills, Multi Skills activites, Craft, Pottery, Cheerleading, a Climbing Wall, Cookery and much more.

The events are designed for kids of all ages and some of the activities will involve parents getting involved too!

In early July, every Primary School child across Sutton will get a booklet detailing the activities on offer - pick out what you want your kids to do and go for it!

Sutton Village Christmas

Our Sutton Village Christmas event was a massive success.

Over the two nights at Sutton Village Church, more than 400 people enjoyed a skate on our Ice Rink, five of our local Primary Schools brought their choirs along to entertain the crowds and we even had a visit from the Mayor.

It was great to see so many people having a fun time in the lead up to Christmas.
