Smile (verb) to assume a facial expression indicating pleasure, favour or amusement.

A smile is great thing. It not only shows that you feel great, but when people see you smile, they naturally feel better too.

Sutton Smile was set up in the summer of 2009, with the main aim of bringing more smiles to the streets of Sutton. To spread positivity and increase the feel-good factor.

We're a community group, bringing together local churches, housing associations, St Helens Council, the Police, the Fire Brigade, Friends of Sutton Park and local schools.

We want to encourage local people of all ages to engage in projects, courses and events that otherwise they may not get the opportunity to take part in.

We strive to source funding to pay for these events and we promote local venues to host such community work.

We also provide a network of communication across all the major agencies who are working to improve life in Sutton. So it you're planning an event, get in touch and we can spread the word.
